Our History
5th String Music has been in business since the early 1970s. Susan Snyder became the owner in 1980 and moved the store to its former location in 1988. She has been a provider of high quality instruments for the people of upstate South Carolina and beyond.
Our Mission
We here at 5th String want you to have the best experience possible and that's why we do our business face to face as often as we can. We try our best to carry the products we know will sell but also the ones that will last. For that reason we inspect every instrument from top to bottom and set them up to insure that you get the most out of it and you can enjoy it for years to come. We will sell and ship instruments and accessories. Please contact us regarding any questions or concerns you might have.
