We offer lessons for acoustic guitar, electric guitar, banjo, mandolin, fiddle, bass, and ukulele.
We teach all levels (beginning, intermediate and advanced).
We teach all styles of music (rock, blues, bluegrass, country, folk, classical, fingerstyle, gospel, contemporary Christian, praise and worship, etc..).
All lessons are $120 per month for four 30 minute lessons. In months that have five weeks, lesson are
$150.

Susan Snyder teaches guitar and ukulele. Susan is a native of Greenville, SC. She has owned and operated 5th String Music since 1980. She has been teaching guitar for 46 years. Susan has played with and sung with groups from jazz to bluegrass. She teaches all styles and levels of guitar as well as, ukulele.
James has been playing music since he was 7 years old. He has been teaching and playing in the Upstate of South Carolina for over 20 years. He has been a full time pianist for 3 different churches, as well as one of the founding members of the award winning bluegrass band known as Backline. He teaches Banjo, Guitar and Piano.
Charles Wood is an award-winning banjo player. He won the 1998 Merlefest Banjo Championship and the 1999 Walnut Valley National Banjo Championship. Charles specializes in "Scruggs Style" banjo.
Ashley Brooker has experience teaching all ages. She is available to teach Violin, Mandolin, Ukulele and Clawhammer Banjo.
Jacob Mitchell has played guitar from a very young age, with experience in a variety of styles and a degree in guitar performance from Lander University. A capable teacher for students of all ages, he teaches various styles of guitar, as well as bass, ukulele and a selection of band instruments.
Kabe McCallister has been a musician from a very young age, having grown up playing in various venues with a family band all around the Southeast. He has experience teaching a wide spectrum of ages and experience levels, and is available to instruct in mandolin, upright bass, bass guitar, and irish penny whistle.
